Yes! I am a Nerd!
I had a conversation today with a elder. He confessed to me today that I am a nerd. That made me think of Weird Al’s great song.

Amen! You’re a nerd. : )
If you have time for another video I just uploaded embedded about 6 minutes of Bono’s speech (NAACP Awards) from this past Saturday. It’s powerful appeal for justice on the basis of what he calls the command, Love thy Neighbor. Check it out at http://benoverby.wordpress.com
You’ll love it, Bobby.

I openly confess to being a big nerd too. It’s nothing to be ashamed of at all. š

Very funny!

Count me as a nerd too. Nerds have more fun. They love to explore things outside the box. Pat answers never truly satisfy. We truly desire to know and then share what we know. I think nerds have a greater passion for life. I LOVE BEING A NERD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lol… I think we all have some nerd in us. Some more than others.

Brian I do believe that is Donnie Osmond.
I was rolling in the floor when I first saw this video.

Bobby, Bobby, Bobby,…..You must realize that the only reason I recoginized you was I come from a family of nerds. My sister and my brother were both in the “Revenge of the Nerds” movie and my youngest brother played a nerd sooo nerdy even the nerds wouldn’t talk to him in the movie “Can’t Buy Me Love”. My question was rhetorical…I recognized greatness and I am in awe….much love my brother, Bob the Tomato

So Bobby, it took this conversation with your elder to out you? I have always known you are a nerd!
You know what they say, “it takes one to know one.” š

Where did you find that video? You are supposed to be working on your book. Get back to work!

Ok – if you’re a nerd, then I am a NERD in capitals. Your nerdiness pertains to your faith, at least. Mine’s just random – such as, your elder couldn’t confess that you were a nerd, but he could confess that he thought [perhaps] you were a nerd. But is that nerd or merely me being a linguistic fascist?
FWIW, my boss’ hubby is a comic, and he says only the truly nerdy can be funny, b/c it is the exceptionally smart who notice all the ironies that make things funny.

mommyham speaks the truth
some laugh at monty python because it is silly and outrageous but miss the subtle ironies that only the nerdy can appreciate…such as the communist peasant scene from Holy Grail

Very funny! Love it! Weird Al is one of the funniest men alive.
Don’t worry. I don’t think your a nerd. God bless!

Bobby,
I hate to suggest that the corncob walk to the curb is true, but I can say from first hand experience that when this white boy walks up to gangsta thugs on the street to shake hands, they really do lock their doors and flee!
Many blessings…
