Thanks for the kindness Wes. If you haven’t done so let me encourage you to check out my series on Jonah. It is ten parts. What a radical book of scripture.

thank you thank you thank you
that is the best message I have heard – ever – and I grew up in the church! Much needed.

I like the fact that he recognizes the necessity of repentance and baptism without doing an end-run around the grace of God by getting side tracked with those ridiculous “what if” questions (e.g., “what is some who believes dies before they have a chance to be baptized?”) which turn reduce grace and gospel to legalism.

Rex boy: :-)… the answer is so simple..
will god suffer one good person to be lost…. think on Amos 9:8-10…
the question IS does god actively participate in the realm of men today, my answer is a resounding yes. of course with out compromising Heb.11:1…it is the spirit working in this realm of creation, through kingdom builders my brother ready in season and out.
how Rex did peter come to Cornelius and how did Cornelius get the good news of gods rescue plan! then how did Mary just happen to be in Bethlehem at the time of delivery of our lord.
REX!!!!!!!!!!!!! BELIEVE AND JUST PREACH IT SON LET GOD DO THE REAL CONVERSION PROCESS…a life long process
FAITH…HOPE … LOVE.
IT IS JUST TO STUPID… BUT THEN JUST THINK OF FIRST COR 2…
EVERY BIT OF IT AND BE HAPPY…
THAT WE ARE LEARNING THE MIND OF CHRIST…
BLESS YOU ALWAYS REX
